type: Direct mailer

Challenge: Reintroduce a product to a segment of the market that Wheatland had exited many years before. We needed to incorporate two pipe samples and keep the per unit cost to under $25 per mailer.
Solution: Created a personalized mailer of "talking pipes" that introduced the recipient to all of the elements of how well they could perform by speaking to specific criteria that is important to the market. Appointments were set with 39% of the recipients, and 62% of those appointments resulted in a sale.
